The Orkel hiQ -  high pressure bales

The Orkel hiQ chamber pressure is continously managed by the balers computer. A "pumping" chamber pressure provides a bale of exceptional density, well formed and all through solid. One of our hiQ contractors reported a bale weight of 950 - 1000 kg by 40 % dry matter !

A conservative estimate is to increase the bale density by 8 - 20 % compared to other baler makes, whatever brand you look at. By increasing the bale density by 8 %, savings of wrapping cost will reach a minimum of 3000 EUR / year by baling 10.000 bales. In addition, you will gain by improved forage quality. Value of increased forage energy is most likely higher.
